This is the first planner I've been able to really "keep up with." Compared to some others, I feel that it's much less time-consuming to use and isn't designed in a way that brings out my sense of perfectionism around making everything look nice. You can do as much or as little as you want and it's still valuable. Also outside the planner part, the templates and worksheets here are EXCELLENT. Equal in quality to things I've been given in cognition therapy. I highly recommend it!

My husband and I are both ADHD. I got this planner to help me, and found that it is helping both of us. I fill out a daily sheet each night before bed to help me plan out my next day. The items I was able to do and accomplish (even if not in the timeframe I wanted) I cross off. Anything I missed gets added to the next day, or put in the notes for later. I have missed a few days, and still was able to pick up my notebook at get right back into the habit. I appreciate a planner that reflects how my brain operates! There are so many different options for pages that my husband has found what works for him as well. We are taking it a day at a time right now, and then we will try weekly, and finally monthly. Every time I look through the file, I find another piece of information and another sheet I can't wait to use in the future.

OMG. I haven't even started using this planner yet and everything in it is making me feel so seen. I LOVE IT. Grace, THANK YOU SO MUCH. I have not been diagnosed with ADHD, but I do have anxiety. Let me list the things I love about this planner: 1. Everything 2. Watering plants tracker! (looks over at my dead herbs...) 3. Coloring pages to do while on the phone! I hate phone calls so much because I cant stay focused on the conversation and be stimulated enough to be engaged. Now I will be able to. 4. Sciency stuff! Why does brain do what it does?? This planner tells me! 5. Pretty but not overwhelming! No graphics or cute cats to distract me but still a gorgeous color palette. 6. The grocery list has a reminder section! Never forget bags or coupons again. 7. I have not even explored it all yet, and I am already in love. GO BUY IT

I have always used paper planners but have heard amazing things about digital planners so I figured I would give it a shot.
