1. DIGITAL PRODUCTS

All digital products (such as eBooks, digital planners, and downloadable files) are delivered electronically.

  • After successful payment, you will receive a download link by email.
  • The email is sent to the address you entered during checkout.
  • If you don’t receive your files within 15 minutes, please check your spam/junk folder.

2. PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

We ship physical items (such as printed books and bundled products) using secure and tracked delivery services.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
  • A shipping confirmation with a tracking link will be emailed to you once your order is dispatched.
  • Orders placed during busy periods or promotional campaigns may take longer to process.

If your parcel appears lost or shows no tracking updates for:
