We want you to love your order. If something arrives damaged, incorrect, or not working as expected, we're here to assist. Below is our full return and exchange policy for both digital and physical products purchased through www.monifabookcase.com.
1. How to Request a Return or Exchange
To request a return or exchange, contact our support team at:

- The item(s) in question
- A clear explanation of the issue (with photos if applicable)
You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
2. Return Eligibility – Physical Products
We accept returns for:
- Items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect
- Requests submitted within 30 days of delivery
Conditions:
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the issue is our fault (damaged or wrong item)
- A 30% restocking fee may apply if the original packaging is missing
Once your return is approved and the item received, your refund will be issued to the original payment method, excluding original shipping fees.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order is wrong or arrives damaged:
- Email support@monifabookcase.com within 5 business days
- Attach clear photos of the item and the packaging
- We’ll assess the issue and offer a replacement or refund accordingly
4. Digital Products – No Returns
All digital product sales are final.
Due to the intangible nature of digital items (eBooks, downloads, etc.), we do not offer refunds or exchanges unless:
- The file is corrupted
- You receive the wrong product
- The download link does not work as intended
If this happens, contact us immediately at support@monifabookcase.com, and we will fix the issue.
5. No Return Slip in Your Package?
That’s normal.
We operate a paperless return process. Simply email support@monifabookcase.com, and we’ll guide you through the steps.
6. Refund Timeline
Once a return is approved and processed:
- Refunds usually appear within 5–10 business days
- Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider
7. Size or Style Exchanges
Please consult size guides before ordering.
We may accept size or style exchanges, but:
- Items must be returned in original condition
- Customers are responsible for return shipping
- We may offer a discount on your replacement but cannot cover full exchange costs
8. Orders Made Outside This Website
This return policy applies only to orders placed on www.monifabookcase.com.
If you purchased a MONIFAB product via another retailer or platform, please refer to their return policy directly.
